1.   Description

HY103# unsaturated resin with high hardness, not easy to be broken, suitable for the production of many things. 

2.   Application

Suitable for production of crystal lamp, crystal crafts, crystal gifts, crystal trophy,crystal vase,  crystal model building mode, crystal perfume bottles, crystal ashtray, crystal vase, hotel supplies, crystal stationery cards Taiwan, crystal ball, crystal key button, crystal animal, flower and so on transparent products.

Viscosity（25 degree）:   350-600

Ratio of Solid（%）:   65-70

Gel time(mins):   9-15

5.    Operation Ways 

1. First, take a mount of  resin, then add 0.5% - 1% cobalt ( Thixtropic )  ,and stirring evenly;

2. Then add 0.8%-1.5% catalyst according to the amount of the resin and stirring evenly;

3. For the cure time is closely to the environmental temperature and humidity , so pls adjust the mix ratio of the catalyst and thixotropic 

4. The gel time of about 9-15 minutes at room temperature of 25C.

6.    Warm tips :

1. It is belong to flammable items, pls avoid fire, and child contact,  If contact with skin , pls wash by clean water and go to a doctor.  

2. Don’t add the Thixotropic and cure agent at the same time , Otherwise , it will be eexplosion and fired, 3. The catalyst and the Thixotropic must be isolated storage

7.    Package

Cure Agent :  25kgs per Plastic  Drum

8.    Shelf life

 Under the temperature of 25℃ storage for a period of three to six months
